These resources are easily accessible to users, allowing them to input crucial data about their shipments, such as temperature requirements, origin point, and destination. By inputting this information, users can receive immediate alerts regarding temperature changes and shipment location in real-time. Access to the system is granted through a unique user ID and password, with the ability to assign different levels of access to various users. Unauthenticated users have the option to track their shipments by entering or scanning the barcode on the Go tracker in the serial number field.
